Description

The PSD90-3 Fuel System Tester is engineered for comprehensive testing of AC and DC capacitive fuel, water, liquid oxygen (LOX), and engine oil systems. When paired with an aircraft-specific interface, the PSD90-3 enables technicians to test, troubleshoot, and isolate fuel system issues, calibrate fuel quantity indicators, and detect contaminated fuel probes.
Developed for use in all environments, the PSD90-3 is perfect for flight line testing on battery power or bench testing with external power. Its innovative design provides two contamination detection methods—Auto and Manual—allowing users to identify fuel probe issues caused by particulates, water, microbial growth, or other contaminants. During normal capacitance measurements, the system automatically alerts the user via a Degree of Error display and a Contaminated Fuel Probe LED indicator. For manual verification, the Check Probe function allows user-defined Percent of Error limits, ensuring accurate contamination detection and enhanced safety.
