Understanding U.S. Export Restrictions

Under U.S. federal law, the export, sale, or transfer of goods and technologies is prohibited to certain countries, individuals, and organizations subject to sanctions or trade restrictions.

Key regulatory agencies include:

• Department of State – Maintains the Debarred Parties List under ITAR

• Department of Commerce – Oversees the Denied Persons List (DPL) under EAR

• Department of the Treasury – Administers the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list via OFAC

Buyers are responsible for ensuring their transactions do not involve restricted parties. These lists are publicly available on official U.S. government websites and should be reviewed before placing international orders.

• Customs clearance delays

• Missing documentation

• Storage or demurrage fees

• Power of Attorney or release forms

Export Compliance & Buyer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Tool Room Xperts, buyers agree to comply with all applicable U.S. and international export laws and regulations.

• If an End User Statement is required, it must be completed accurately. Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

• Tool Room Xperts reserves the right to cancel any order based on the reported end user or destination.

Global Sales Terms

Standard export quotes are based on F.O.B. (Free On Board) from our shipping location or OEM location.

Important Notes:

• Shipping and insurance costs are included in the invoice unless otherwise arranged.

• Additional charges may apply for consular authentication, export documentation, or specialized packaging.

• Buyers are responsible for all import taxes and customs duties. We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to lack of awareness of these charges.

 International Shipping Policy

Tool Room Xperts proudly serves customers across the Americas and worldwide. We offer international shipping with the following considerations:

• Additional fees may apply for handling, shipping, customs duties, and taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.

• For legal and customs compliance: Certain brands may have shipping restrictions to specific countries due to manufacturer policies.

• Customers must provide the correct end user name and location before order confirmation. Forwarding items to undisclosed destinations is strictly prohibited.

Warranty Information for International Buyers

Please note that manufacturer warranties often do not extend outside the United States, and some products may be restricted from export due to U.S. regulations or manufacturer policies.

Tool Room Xperts does not guarantee:

• Warranty coverage outside the U.S.

• Product compatibility with international standards or systems.

• Service or support for products used outside U.S. territory.

Customers are responsible for all costs related to:

• Warranty claims

• Product exchanges

• Returns.
